Partial Planning

Partial planning starts 3 months out so the last month is a stress-free breeze! 
 
You’ve secured the major vendors but want help finishing the little details. This is great for busy couples or those who are just done making decisions. Most importantly, Tree House will help you complete the Tree House planning worksheet, timeline, and floorplan so there is no stress in the last month.
 
(1) Tree House staff person
3 months out initial meeting via phone, Google Meet or Facetime to discuss what’s done & what still needs to be done
Follow-up / touch-base email &/or phone as needed until things get done
Will complete the Tree House planning worksheet (do it together)
Will create the floorplan 
Will create the timeline 
Will guide you on procession order, introduction options, & other traditions such as cake cutting, exits, etc.
Acts as liaison between host & vendors for the last month to discuss final details
Advise on etiquette or voice preferences if you are stuck on making decisions
1 Final Walkthrough planning meeting at Tree House to review everything DONE
Includes 10 hours of service on the day of the event
Timekeeper. Guides Host or Bridal Parties to stay on track for timing (i.e. “Reminder, ceremony starts in 30 minutes” “Time to walk down the aisle” “Time to meet photographer for XYZ” etc.)
Décor assistance set-up & take down. Will help designated friends or family member “helpers” with table décor, table #s, welcome signage, gifts, cake topper, collecting personal items, odds & ends.
Guides guests in transition phases (i.e. “Ceremony seating is this way” “Please join us for cocktail hour” “Time to head to the reception”)
Guides Bridal Party for things such as line up order, entrance order, etc.
Behind the Scenes troubleshooting. Proactive at solving small issues without involving / stressing out the hosts.
Helps Bride bustle dress, fix veil, etc.
