HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?
Maximum capacity is 200 people inside the building. We can accommodate as little as 2 people. If you would like to host more than 200 people it could be possible with special permitting. Contact us for more details.
DO YOU HAVE ON-SITE PARKING?
Yes, there is ample parking to accommodate personal vehicles, buses, limos, valet, or drop off services like Uber/Lyft.
DO YOU INCLUDE OVERNIGHT STAYS?
No. There are several hotels within a 5-10 minute drive we can recommend!
CAN YOU GET READY AT TREE HOUSE?
Yes please! We have 2 airconditioned lounges with 12-hour access the day-of to primp & prepare!
DO YOU INCLUDE ANY VENDOR SERVICES?
Yes and no... We offer packages without vendors where you are responsible for acquiring all your own vendors AND we offer packages that include services through partnered vendors. We have connections with lots of local vendors and can help source them. We can also provide a preferred/recommended vendor list upon request.
WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH ALCOHOL?
You can bring your own alcohol, but you must have a licensed, insured, and approved by Tree House bartender to serve it. No cash bars allowed. You must also purchase event liability insurance which outlines rules & regulations concerning alcohol.
WHAT DOES THE CATERING KITCHEN INCLUDE?
Use of the catering kitchen is for prepping, re-heating, and staging already prepared food. You may not “cook” in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, large sink, stove/oven, mop sink, microwave, & countertop workspace. We do not provide ice.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you have to re-schedule your event, we will work with you to find a new date based on availability. If there is not a new date that works, your deposit is not refundable.
WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU HOST?
Weddings, Corporate / Charity functions, Brunches / Baby / Bridal showers, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduation Parties, Celebration of Life, and Private photoshoots. If you have another reason to celebrate, contact us and we will be happy to help you!
IS THE FACILITY ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Of course! We take great pride in our accessibility. We have 3 ADA parking spots near the venue with a concrete ramp for easy access to the building. Boardwalks throughout the grounds make wheelchair accessibility a breeze to get to ceremony sites and cocktail hour. We have 2 ADA bathrooms (one in each the men & women’s restrooms).
WHAT TIME DO YOU CLOSE?
Noise ordinances require all parties to stop before 10:00pm. We are in a residential area and wish to be respectful of our neighbors.
WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE?
We are happy to e-mail our full packages description upon request. Basically, in addition to our beautiful grounds & reception building, we include: folding tables (round or rectangle), upgraded folding bamboo chairs, Ivory colored linens, & parking in all of our packages.
